Outreach Event with PAWS

Megan (shown in pictures below) and Jenna are members of the Program to Advance Women Scientists in the chemistry and biochemistry department at the UofA. It is a great opportunity to get involved with the local community and attend various professional development events.

Members of PAWS visited Esperanza Elementary School’s Math Science Night on April 22 for an outreach event. PAWS demonstrated how cabbage juice can be used as a pH indicator!
